Centre de Recherche et de Restauration des Musées de France

The Centre de Recherche et de Restauration des Musées de France (C2RMF), which is headquartered at the Louvre in Paris, has colloborated with the CyI in the development of the Science and Technology in Archaeology Research Center (STARC) and in the pursuit of joint research, in fields of common interest, agreed in June 2007 to proceed towards the establishment of a founding partnership devoted to STARC. This will involve the launching of a joint research program, as well as close collaboration on the design and planning of the future of the Center.

Having secured approval of the principle of such a partnership by their respective governing bodies (C2RMF Council of Directors and CREF Board of Trustees), the two institutions in June 2007 signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
