Muhammad Saood Sarwar is a doctoral researcher at The Cyprus Institute, working within the FINALITY Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Doctoral Network. His research focuses on emergent phenomena in Generative AI models, with broader research interests in Artificial Intelligence, Trustworthy AI, Computer Vision, and Quantum Machine Learning.

He holds an MS in Data Science with a specialization in Quantum Computing from FAST-NUCES and a BS in Software Engineering from COMSATS University Islamabad, where he graduated with a Campus Gold Medal and Institute Silver Medal. His research has been published in IEEE and Springer venues and covers areas including quantum-enhanced machine learning, medical AI, synthetic media detection, and deep learning. He also has experience in university-level teaching, research, and mentoring in artificial intelligence and computer science.
