TREATY Courses

From October 2023 until July 2024, the Graduate School of The Cyprus Institute organises a series of courses, schools and other events in the context of the EIT HEI Initiative project TREATY: Nurturing Deep Tech Talents For Clean & Sustainable Energy Transition. TREATY aims to boost the innovation and entrepreneurship capacity of the participating HEIs, and at the same time it directly supports and contributes to the Deep Tech Talent Initiative, EIT’s new flagship program that will train 1 million deep tech talents by 2025.

TREATY training and educational activities are on subjects related to:

• Sustainable green energy & clean technologies
• Innovation & entrepreneurship

Participants

The courses, schools and the Innovation Bootcamp are open to students (from CyI and other institutions in Cyprus and abroad) and professionals (academic and non-academic staff).

ECTS

Participants in the courses and schools who complete the course assessment (pass/fail) are awarded with 2 ECTS credits.

Certificate

Upon successful completion of the course/school, participants are issued a certificate of achievement by The Cyprus Institute and EIT Climate KIC.

Mentoring

In the context of the courses, participants have the opportunity to receive mentoring by the course instructor(s) in the form of one-to-one sessions.
