Kyriacos joined Cyprus Institute (CyI) in 2020 as a PhD student in Computational Sciences. He has received a Physics Degree from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2018). During his Bachelor studies he was involved with Computational Physics and simulations and his Bachelor Thesis was titled as: “Monte Carlo Simulation of Transcranial Photons migration in an arched head model”.
Kyriacos has received a Master’s Degree in Software Development, awarded by University of Glasgow (2020). His Master’s thesis involved the deployment and evaluation of a high-performance collection of tree search applications (YewPar) on a Cloud.
