Stavroula Georgiadou is the Research Management and Administration Coordinator for the Climate and Atmosphere Research Center (CARE-C) at The Cyprus Institute. She has more than 20 years of experience in project development, research administration, and programme management across academia, government, and international organizations.

Before joining CARE-C, Stavroula served for four years at The Cyprus Institute's Science and Technology in Archaeology and Culture Research Center (STARC) as Scientific Coordinator and later Managing Coordinator, overseeing the operational and financial management of a diverse portfolio of European, national, and privately funded research projects.

Previously, she spent almost a decade with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Cyprus as Programme Analyst, managing multi-million-euro development programmes, leading multidisciplinary teams, and building strong partnerships with local and international stakeholders. Her expertise spans project and financial management, research administration, donor relations, strategic planning, and organizational coordination. She holds an MS in Higher Education Administration from the City University of New York, and a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Cyprus.
