Eng. Al Naber is a civil engineer with more than thirteen years’ experience as a professional civil engineer in the water sector in Jordan; has worked on water, wastewater and environment related projects in Jordan and the Mediterranean region with local and international consulting companies and International funding agencies. She has worked with many funded projects such as USAID, EU and GIZ. Throughout her work in both the private and the public sector, represented by the Ministry of Water and Irrigation, and the international organizations; Ms. Naber has developed experience in water resources management, water demand management, water information management, water utilities management and institutional reform, and further developed her skills in project management, communication and leadership through coordination with the different key players and counter parts representing the public and private institutions.
Ms. Naber has become a Certified Project Management Professional in February 2009 after attending the Project Management Training and Certification Program and passing the PMP exam.
In Year 2010, Ms. Naber has completed an Environmental Leadership Program at the University of California at Berkeley.
