Dr. Anne Maisser did her undergraduate and PhD studies at the University of Vienna, Austria. After she earned her PhD in 2012 she worked as a Postdoctoral researcher at the Delft University of Technology. In 2014 she got awarded a Schrödinger Fellowship funded by the Austrian Science Fund (FWF) to work as a research fellow at both, the University of Minnesota, MN, USA, and the University of Vienna, Austria.
Dr. Anne Maisser has also worked at The Cyprus Institute (CyI), where she was responsible for running and maintaining the local environmental measurement stations. Currently, she is employed as a research associate at CyI.
Her main research interests are the development of lightweight and cost-efficient aerosol instrumentation, heterogeneous nucleation, and aerosol based nanotechnology.
