Despina Giannadaki is a research assistant at the climate group of EEWRC since April 2012. She received a diploma in Physics and a masters in environmental sciences from the University of Crete. She then worked in the Max Planck Institute for Chemistry in the department of Atmospheric Chemistry studying the aerosol climate interactions in a global scale. Despina joined the Cyprus Institute to study the health impacts of climate change and air pollution.
Impacts of the air pollution and climate change to human health and ecosystems, socioeconomic effects of the air pollution and the environmental degradation, environmental policy and sustainable development, information and communication of environmental issues.
