Chrysovalantis Constantinou is an Associate Research Scientist at The Science and Technology in Archaeology and Culture Research Center of The Cyprus Institute. He specializes in using agent-based modeling to study the migration patterns of ancient populations and machine learning to predict the age and sex of skeletons. Chrysovalantis is also a code contributor to clowder, an innovative open-source data curation platform developed by the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. With a doctorate in theoretical nuclear physics (2017), Chrysovalantis is passionate about applying computational techniques to solve problems in physics and archaeology. He is also interested in using 3D models in various contexts.

Overall, Chrysovalantis's research interests are focused on the application of agent-based modeling and machine learning techniques to study migration patterns of ancient populations, as well as the use of computational techniques to solve problems in physics and archaeology.
