Teklebrhan Brhane Fsaha

Teklebrhan Brhane Fsaha joined the Cyprus Institute Graduate School as a PhD student in February 2026. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Archaeology and Heritage Management from Aksum University and a master’s degree in the same field from Mekelle University, Ethiopia. Since 2018, he has served as a lecturer and researcher at Aksum University.
 
His research interests include archaeometallurgy, archaeometry, and digital heritage documentation and conservation. He has been actively involved in archaeological excavations with international institutions in Tigray, Ethiopia, such as the Italian Archaeological Institute, the German Archaeological Institute, and the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Moreover, he has conducted rescue heritage conservation projects and awareness campaigns in and around the World Heritage Site of Aksum alongside colleagues from Aksum University.
