Noly Moyssi has a PhD in Traditional Culture from the Department of History and Archaeology of the University of Cyprus. She was awarded the M.Litt. in Museum and Gallery Studies by the Department of History of Art of the University of St. Andrews in Fife, in 2007. Before that she received her Degree in Archaeology and History of Art from the National Kapodistrian University of Athens, in Greece. Regarding her professional experience, she has been working in the field of History and Culture since 2004, when she was employed as an archaeologist by the Greek Ministry of Culture.
From 2008 until 2009 she worked as a researcher for the Foundation of the Hellenic World. She was later employed by the “Epilogi” Cultural Movement of Limassol as a Cultural Programs’ Development Assistant. From 2012 she participates in the Committee on Missing Persons in Cyprus, as field archaeologist. Her current research focuses on the traditional Cypriot dress.
