Martina Polig started her academic formation with a Bachelor degree in Archaeology at the University of Ca’Foscari in Venice (Italy). After her BA degree in 2013 she enrolled in the Master program “Archaeology- Theory and Practice” at Lund University, specializing in digital archeology. In 2016 she was awarded a research grant by the C.M. Lerici Foundation in Stockholm for a research project carried out at Lund University as visiting researcher.
She engaged in projects working with 3D modelling for cultural heritage, focusing on the implementation of 3D models directly into the interpretational and analytical process of knowledge production.
