CyI’s leadership in the area of air quality monitoring & modelling research was prominently and extensively featured in the most recent episode of CyBC’s series “Σπίτι στη Φύση”. The specific episode dealt with air quality in Cyprus, and aired on Sunday, Nov. 5, 2017.

Professors Nicos Mihalopoulos, Jean Sciare, and Theo Christoudias, along with Research Scientist Christos Keleshis and Post-Doctoral Fellow Jonilda Kushta were interviewed in the episode, that also featured extensive coverage of CyI’s research infrastructures, including the Facility for Chemical Analysis (FCA), the Cyprus Atmospheric Observatory (CAO) at Agia Marina Xyliatou, and the Unmanned Systems Reasearch Laboratory (USRL) at the Athalassa Campus and the USRL runway in Orounda.
