Asimina joined the Master’s Program in Digital Cultural Heritage in October 2023 on a full scholarship offered by the Tsavliris Cultural Foundation and Ancoria Insurance. She is currently working as a conservator at the Cyprus Museum. She graduated from the Technological Institute of Athens as a conservator of antiquities and works of art in 2004.

She has eleven years of experience as a conservator working with ceramic, glass, porcelain, metal, stone objects, antiquities and mosaics. She has worked in various museums and archaeological sites in Athens. Also, she has been working for more than a year at the T.A.P. Institute (now renamed as the ‘Hellenic Organization of Cultural Resources Development (H.O.C.RE.D.)’ creating genuine gypsum copies of statues and vessels. Furthermore, she has experience in teaching conservation in Public Institutes (I.E.K.) in Ilioupolis and Peristeri, and the Private Institute ‘Petra’ in Athens. Also, she has experience in teaching English, Greek and Mathematics to students of primary and secondary school during private lessons.

Moreover, she has been teaching painting and creating mosaics to children and adults.
