The Cyprus Institute already possesses OTM-R tools with the development of the CyI Hiring Policy and the CyI Staffing and Recruitment Guidelines. The policy and relevant guidelines are reviewed and updated periodically, in order to improve our procedures and be in line with the OTM-R. These are followed for all the openings at the Institute.
